Wayne's World 2 (movie, 1993)

About This Movie / Film

Released on December 10, 1993, Wayne's World 2 is the high-energy sequel to the 1992 hit, directed by Stephen Surjik and produced by Lorne Michaels. The film catches up with Wayne Campbell (Mike Myers) and Garth Algar (Dana Carvey), who have moved out of their parents' basements and are now hosting their show from a converted factory. Following a dream involving a "weird naked Indian" and Jim Morrison, Wayne is inspired to organize a massive rock festival called Waynestock. However, their plans are complicated by Kim Basinger's character, Honey Hornée, and a slick record producer named Bobby Cahn (played by Christopher Walken), who attempts to steal Wayne’s girlfriend, Cassandra Wong (Tia Carrere). Distributed by Paramount Pictures, the sequel is packed with pop-culture parodies, iconic cameos, and the signature "schwing!" humor that made the first film a legend.
