Although he resided in Las Vegas (Henderson) at the time of his murder, Hollywood Will (whose real name is Evan Plunkett) was born and raised in Hollywood California according to his bio. He is affiliated with Tha LV Boyz -- a rap group representing Las Vegas.
According to this report from Fox 5 Vegas, Hollywood Will (age 25) was shot and killed inside the Hefner Suite at The Palms Hotel and Casino west of Las Vegas Blvd. (a/k/a The Strip) while a music video -- starring Tha LV Boyz -- was being filmed inside the posh suite.
